Last weekend, we took a foodie trip to Katy, trying out some of the new spots that have just opened up in the suburbs of Houston. Our first stop was Kingdom Bakery. The bakery opened up just 5 months ago, offering sweet and savory kolaches, build-you-own crepes, customizable cakes, and coffee and espresso drinks!

KOLACHES
I personally enjoyed the kolaches most. The sweet ones are delicious. I have a weakness for the cream cheese filling, and theirs was so good. Did I mention even the cream cheese filling is homemade? Everything at the bakery is made from scratch!
The savory kolaches had a unique taste that I haven't had in other kolaches, which I truly appreciated. Kolaches are originally from Central Europe, and Kingdom Bakery stays true to the authentic flavors they are meant to have!

CREPES
One of our favorites of the morning were the crepes. Their strawberries were perfectly red and sweet.

COFFEE AND ESPRESSO
No breakfast is complete without a cup of Jo, and Kingdom has your back. We got a Latte and Cappuccino.
How cute are their glasses?!
