Dive feet first into the cuisine of spice at Nirmanz Food Boutique.
As someone who is rather new to Indian cuisine (I've probably only had Indian food one or twice before visiting Nirmanz), I wasn't too sure what to expect. All I knew was to expect a lot of spices... and spice was exactly what we got! Not only flavorful spices, but some spicy hot spices! If you're not one to handle spicy very well, reconsider before heading to Nirmanz.
Taking a quick glance at the menu, everything was absolutely foreign. To be completely honest, I ate a lot of the food at our tasting blindly. Everything looked exquisite though, so I didn't care to figure out what I was eating just yet.
I was surprised to find that everything we tried was vegetarian (and some vegan) friendly. Don't worry meat lovers, there are meat options as well.
Here were some of our favorite dishes of the night.
