It's almost that time of year! That one time of year it's acceptable to dress up in costume and be whomever or whatever you want to be! If you're like me, Halloween has never been your strong suit and you're running around last minute trying to throw together some sort of outfit. If you haven't hit panic mode yet, here's more incentive to get your costume together before the festivities begin!
Here are our top Halloween events going on in Houston:
What: 11th Annual Halloween Bar Crawl brought to you by Houston Free Press with 12 participating restaurants and bars between Dunlavy & Montrose, including Brasil, Poison Girl, Pistolero’s, the Free Press Graveyard, Boondocks, Stone’s Throw, Etro Lounge, Catbirds, Present Company, Doc’s Motorworks, Slick Willie’s, and El Real Tex-Mex. A portion of drink sales during the Crawl will be donated to the Houston Area Women’s Center, one of Montrose’s most important aid organizations.

What: 6th Annual electronic dance music festival featuring Above & Beyond, Marshmello, Tiesto, Zeds Dead, and may more. Full line up here.

What: Get dressed in your favorite costume for a 5K/10K! All participants will receive a t-shirt and commemorative Karbach pint. Participants of age will receive 2 beer tickets as well.

4. Boo Bash at Trader's Village - Kid-Friendly!
What: The biggest spooktacular for kids. Throw on your costumes and head over to Traders Village to enjoy live music entertainment and activities.
When: Sunday, October 29 from 1pm - 4pm
Tickets: FREE, parking $4 per vehicle
5. Boos, Brews, and Bridges at Under the Radar Brewery - Dog-Friendly!
What: Join Bayou City Outdoors and HTX Outdoors for a haunted walk through the black and orange lit bridges of the Montrose District.
When: Tuesday, October 31 from 6pm - 9pm

6. Spirits & Skeletons - 21+ only
What: The Houston Museum of Natural Science opens its doors for a special Halloween Party. The entire museum will be open to explore as you enjoy drinks, food trucks, and live music.
