Neo Baguette: New Bistro with Moroccan and French Flair in The Heights

Late last year, Neo Baguette opened its doors in The Heights. The space was completely transformed from an auto parts shop to an extravagant bistro with a touch of industrial flair. Whether you're looking for a quick coffee fix or you're wanting to sit and enjoy a delicious meal, Neo Baguette might just be your new one stop shop for either. You'll order at the front and pick up your cup of coffee at the counter or head to your table to await your hot meal.

The menu offers a variety of salads, sandwiches, dinner entrees (available after 5pm), and on Saturdays and Sundays, there is a special brunch menu.

PAIN PERDU || Brioche French toast, maple syrup, mascarpone, caramel sauce, fresh berries

Okay, the Pain Perdu definitely makes my list of top French toasts! French toast lovers, you have to try this one, and let me know what you think!

TAGLIATELLE SAUMON FUME || Smoked salmon, saffron garlic, cream sauce, gruyere cheese

I have never had pasta with smoked salmon or possibly any type of salmon at all before this meal, and I will admit that I was skeptical about fish and cream sauce. Nevertheless, this French dish was highly recommended by the owner, and now after trying it, I have to say this is a must-try dish. The sauce is out of this world and is amazing with the bits of salmon that you get in each bite.

SALADE DE BETRAVES ROUGE || Candied striped beets, mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, crumbled goat cheese, walnuts, shallot balsamic vinaigrette

I'm a hugeee fan of the beets and goat cheese in this salad. If you're feeling something light and fresh, this is it.

CREME BRULEE

Neo Baguette has a variety of desserts, but the creme brûlée is the only one made in house!

NUTELLA LATTE || Chocolate, hazelnut, milk, espresso

The bottom line is Neo Baguette has excellent food and an aesthetic atmosphere. You'll want to add this spot to the top of your list ASAP!
