Introducing Spices 39, now open right off Shepherd and 19th! This quaint new establishment blends Sichuan, Cantonese, and Western cuisines all in one with an extensive menu.
While we only tried a small portion of the menu, we were raving about the food. Not only was everything delicious, but we loved how they added an interesting twist on almost every dish that we had, including things we’ve never seen before in Houston! But of course, if you’re looking for traditional options, those are available as well. We highly recommend the Mixed Fruity Bun, Lychee Shrimp Ball, Beijing Zhujiang Noodle, Chili Pepper Boiling Beef, Crispy Lime Shrimp, and Crispy Duck!
