Peska Cocina Latina: New Menu, Who This?

Updated: Jun 20, 2019

Peska Cocina Latina, formerly known as Peska Seafood & Prime, has undergone a complete makeover, and they are going back to their Latin American roots.

So what do we mean by complete makeover? No, the interior was untouched and is still as airy and trendy as before. Instead the menu was scrapped, and Executive Chef Chris Loftis was brought in to revamp the menu! Peska has officially launched their brand new and improved menu, inspired by the flavors of Mexico City and Acapulco.

We got a tasting of some of the new menu items, and we are in love! The food is not only super light but the flavors are powerful!

Fried pork cheek, queso fresco, adobe, and corn puree.

This one packs a TON of flavor!

CALLO DE HACHA

Seared scallops, esquites, and chorizo.

One of our favorites of the night! The scallops were cooked and seasoned perfectly.

BRANZINO

Guajillo salsa, jalapeno cilantro rice, and mexican squash.

You can get your fish whole roasted, fried, or salt baked.

COSTILLAS CORTAS

Smoked short rib, red onions, cilantro, queso fresco, tomatillo salsa, and tortillas.

One of our other favorites of the night! This is actually a taco dish - such creative plating right?! The tortillas are served separately and is meant to be used to make your own taco.
